Voted in the top 5 golf courses in Delaware by GolfWeek and Golf Magazine, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club features a scenic Rick Jacobson designed golf course set on coastal terrain and abundant sand dunes, providing a traditional golf experience: golf as it once was, golf as it should be. This townhome features 3 bedrooms that includes a master bedroom with a King bed on the first floor, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, jack n Jill bathroom for the 3rd bedroom that includes a queen bed and 2 twin beds. In the main living floor you will find 2 comfortable couches. The fully stocked kitchen will have each cabinet and drawer labeled so you know what is in them. Step out to the screened in porch, where you can spend sometime reading or watching the sunrise. The backyard that is shared with the other townhomes. Kids will enjoy a game of wiffle ball or soccer in the evening. The sunsets on the front porch so you can enjoy a nice dinner on the deck.
